Buckwheat
Buckwheat is an annual broadleaf forb that is used to improve soil phosphorus availability, loosen surface soil, and attract beneficial insects. It can produce exceptional yields of nectar and pollen for bees and other pollinators, producing a strong flavored dark honey.
